Services
Your initial appointment will consist of an examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address the orthodontic needs of you or your child. The timing of your treatment is very important. You or your child may or may not be ready for treatment. Therefore, a consultation will allow us to better understand your needs.
Please call us at our London Office Phone Number (519) 434-2183 with any questions or to schedule an appointment. The London office is open 6 days a week. Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM with extended afternoon hours on Tuesday and Saturday from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Dr. Gross works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Dr. Hill works Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to a beautiful smile. Our practice offers a wide range of payment options including financing with a monthly installment plan. Many orthodontic problems require only limited treatment. The cost of treatment will vary, depending on the severity of the problem.
While many insurance plans now include orthodontic benefits, our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest orthodontic care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions regarding your insurance please ask one of our patient coordinators or treatment coordinators.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Hill and his staff. We currently have both our girls in full braces and Dr. Hill's team has bent over backwards to make sure the girls can be seen together and that their appointments accommodate our work schedules. The team is knowledgeable, upbeat and super friendly. We are always greeted with a smile! Having two girls in braces at the same time can put quite a strain on a bank account, but Debi worked with us to come up with a payment plan that was affordable and made sense.

Dr. Hill and his staff are amazing! Our daughter had an excellent experience at BHG. She was only seven years old when she first got her braces. Dr. Hill keeps to appointment times, takes the time to get to know his patients, and to explain the work he does. Our daughter felt very comfortable there. We had a really unfortunate experience with the staff at BHG Orthodontics. They seem nice at first glance; ready to accommodate you in any way to get braces into your child's mouth. However, the actual work they do is sub par and expensive. Our daughter has had repeated problems with her braces. Moreover, when we asked for a breakdown of the billing, the staff at BHG Orthodontics were defensive and hostile. Dr. Hill has a fancy office, and I'm sure that will appeal to some people. However, if you want quality care for your children, we suggest you go elsewhere.

My oldest daughter has been with Dr Gross since she was about 9 & now at 17 done with braces and her jaw surgery ... she smiles with a smile that lights up a room !!! He was amazing , thoughtful & thorough! We had the chance to do our 2nd daughter at a cheaper place but decided no - we are going back to the best & a sure thing !! On to number 2 but we have no concerns at all !!

The office is amazing. Brand new and high tech. I brought my daughter there for an emergency as her wire had snapped. She was in a lot of pain and tears. The staff and Doctor took her right in and fixed her up quickly. The best part is my daughter goes to another orthodontist, but he was closed for the weekend. They didn't care they helped my daughter without question and when I asked what I owed, they told me nothing. I am blown away by their generosity and helpfulness. I have 3 other daughters and I think the next one is going to see them for their braces. Very impressed and thankful for BHG
