Dr. Smith and his staff are all EXCELLENT! I can honestly say everyone is so friendly and happy! It's obvious the staff enjoy working for Dr. Smith.
All 3 of my children have had braces and they have beautiful smiles!! People often comment on their perfect teeth and I give Dr. Smith all the credit. He goes above and beyond and wants the best for his patients.

I went to this place as a kid, he did a good job of straightening my teeth so I can't complain too much but he loses a star over the terrible recommendation of a permanent bar on the back of my teeth after my treatment was done. I had constant issues with cleaning around the bar like most people do and it didn't take long to start jeopardizing my oral health so I immediately went against his awful advice and had it torn off. I had a removable retainer created instead which despite what he told me, has kept my teeth straight just fine over the many year's since my experience here and I don't even

The Baxter Boys Jackson and Connor have had a Orthodontic plan in the works for many years as the boys were born at 25 weeks premature. They required a lot of early intervention. And the service we have… received from Dr. Drew Smith was unbelievable. Jackson has just gotten his braces off and has a unbelievable smile Connor has about another six months to go and he is certainly looking forward to a beautiful smile. Thank you for the great service you provide you and your whole staff are kind courteous and helpful. All the ladies have been wonderful with the boys over the years.

Number 1 for customer service and results! I just got my braces off and I cannot believe the final product. Every time I have gone in there I am greeted with smile (no pun intended). All the staff was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. Dr Smith is always super friendly and easy to talk to. I am kinda sad I won’t be visiting every 6 weeks or so!

I just finished my adult orthodontic treatment with Dr Drew, and I have nothing but positive things to say. He was very practical, and made a plan that fit my priorities. Dr. Drew and his team are AMAZING! From the start, Dr. Drew was very kind and attentive, making sure my treatment plan fit my needs and answering all my questions along the way. Years later, my teeth still look fantastic (keeping up with my retainers 😁).
