Services
Visit our retail outlet and browse through a huge selection of new and used hockey equipment. We have over 4000 square feet of retail space stocked with all the major equipment brands. In January of 2002 we opened Goalie Heaven, Toronto's only store dedicated to serving the unique requirements of goalies.
We started our business with the repair and refurbishing of hockey equipment and it's still one of the things we do best. Our experts can assess your damaged equipment and recommend repairs for a fraction of the cost of new equipment. We can also repair equipment sent to us from anywhere in the world and return it to you in a timely manner.
We manufacture and stock a wide range of high quality hockey equipment under the THR, Terminater, Arcadi and ProGuard labels. All of our custom made equipment is lightweight and made from the highest quality materials. We can custom fit any player age, shape and size with custom equipment that's expertly made and comparable in quality and price to the major brands.
The most important aspect to consider when purchasing hockey equipment is that the equipment be properly fitted. Improperly fitted equipment may expose the player to injury. The best way to purchase hockey equipment is to actually try the equipment on. The following information and charts will provide general guidelines on sizing equipment.

The best store on the planet. For a repair they listen to what you want and fix the exact problem for a reasonable price. They always ask when you need the job done - so you won't miss a game/practice. The store has quite a lot too - definitely more than your average GTA pro shop. Pickup a stick, some tape and get your skates sharpened while you're there. Not management - just a happy long time customer.

We had a pleasant experience here the other day getting our son his first pair of (used) skates!
When we got there we were greeted immediately by a friendly, knowledgeable employee and our son was promptly fitted in the proper sized skates. They are used but in excellent condition and were sharpened for us as well. It's $30 plus tax for a pair of used skates and sharpening. Will definitely come back again next year for his next size up!

Absolutely the best hockey store with the greatest buying experience! I have a huge Charlie Brown head and finding a goalie mask big enough has always been next to impossible. Fiorenzo was amazing, he found me the perfect mask for me and made all these adjustments to make it very comfortable. When asked about cages, he tried a bunch on till I was satisfied. This is the personal touch that you can't get in the big stores. Those stores have what they have and that's it. THR makes you feel extremely satisfied about what you're getting! Extremely helpful bunch of guys, fantastic store!

My dad first took me to Toronto Hockey Repair in the early 90s to buy used goalie pads. I've been coming back ever since. Their service and quality of work is second to none. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They just re-palmed my blocker over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. Honestly, the quality now seems better than when it was new. It's that good! Thank you so much!
PS - The only bad thing about Toronto Hockey Repair is that every time I go there, I always wanna buy more stuff. You've been warned! lol

Service is 100% the reason you come here. After reading suggestions online, I wanted to get my skates baked. I left with a much better understanding of the dynamics of skating and the physics behind different types of skates.
I met with John and he was extremely knowledgeable about hockey skates and explained the fundamentals in a very approachable manner. Clearly passionate about helping beginners and volunteers at local games.
They know their prices are a bit more than crappy tire (and they are, though they sell used skates too). Unlike crappy tire, people actually help you determine the

I went in with an odd request to get my roller (derby) skates heat moulded.
The gentlemen techs were super kind and patient with me and in to the whole process. They were swamped but still took the time to check in with me and help me with a few minor adjustments. I know this is totally not their domain but they were totally wonderful.
All of the staff including those not working to help me get my skates to fit properly checked on me constantly because it's a lengthy process to dismount trucks, toe stops and re-lace boots for optimal fit.
I highly recommend them for all your (roller
