As Owner/Broker at Pembina Insurance, I have enjoyed being part of the insurance business for over 23 years. I benefited from the mentorship of my father-in-law, Oscar Epp, while undertaking the opportunity to purchase Pembina Insurance from him. Having come from a previous career in advertising, I now feel very fortunate to assist the many familes and businesses at our brokerage with their protection needs.
A family member was driving home from school on Dakota Street in Winnipeg this past winter. In a fraction of a second, he swerved his car to try and avoid another vehicle which was turning into traffic in front of him. It was not enough to avoid ramming into the turning car. The driver of the other car did not see him because of a huge pile of snow.
A few years ago, on a warm sunny evening, a family of four took their boat out on the Red River. As they cruised through calm waters, the sun began setting majestically in the western sky and the light danced on the small ripples of water. The Phillipino guy was so rude to us . He was busy eating pizza and chewing so loud at our face and when we complained, he walked us out saying we should go to another insurance office. We serch the Google and the closest to them was Reider insurance which was just less than five minutes away. Reider were so professional and helpful.

Horrible experience. The staff were not interested in helping us, only interested in eating their pizza. We were trying to get someone with a severe disability a photo ID card and they made the process an absolute nightmare despite us having all the needed documentation. Left without the photo ID in the end. Stay clear of this place.

Staff like robots. Very rude Philipino staff that is very transactional that overlooks the human emotion element of business. Don't expect to have the clerk ask if you are having a good day, or dont expect small talk at all. I prefer not to visit this location to avoid the awkwardness of their staff.

We are overseas and have needed to maintain our drivers license and our house insurance. Pembina Insurance has always responded to our out of the ordinary requests with helpfulness and timeliness. We feel very fortunate that when we call the office, the staff treat our need as theirs. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an insurance agent.
