The clothes are fine but now it is the second time that I have a really bad experience with this store. Now I bought a coat online and i received a terrible shirt and an earring. Why someone think that I would like that instead of the coat I bought. And Now I will need to deal with all this process to send it back to receive my money. Really???

I came to the store on Saturday afternoon (around 12PM) looking to find a dress for my friend's upcoming wedding.
After trying-on 5 dresses, I found the one that I wanted to purchase. I did not CHECK whether there were two tags ok that dress. Apparently, they have two tags (one inside and the other one outside). I just paid that dress in full amount without even checked the condition of the dress.
I continue shopping at the mall - and I found a different dress in another store that I liked better than the one I've just bought in Ever New.
Since I have a haircut appointment at Richmond

This is a nice store with some really nice dresses. The only problem is that I am an odd shape and what looked on the rack....didn't look good on my rack. I am 4'8", therefore, certain cuts either make me look like a darf or a smurf. Too bright colors make my hips wider than they are. The sales lady was super nice and helpful. Prices are modest to high.

I needed to buy a dress and was failing miserably at it. As soon as I walked into Ever New, I felt a wave of relief. I told the sales lady what I wanted, we walked around the store looking at the different dresses and talking about which ones I like, and then she set me up in the change room with several options. She gave me her honest opinion, helped me accessorize, and left me feeling with a renewed sense of hope in this crazy retail world. The dresses are beautiful, very affordable, and the people are lovely. It doesn't get much better than that.
