Great service, I would highly recommend Mr. Nelson and his staff if you have feet issues or knee pain. Been a repeat customer for years. Have had orthotics made, ankle braces, took my kid there for casting when he broke his foot. Will continue using Nelson sport bracing and orthotics. Often, the degree of pain, the inability to walk, or concern that a bone may be broken is what might cause you to seek care in an emergency situation. For the most part, your concern is the same as the doctor's: Is there a broken bone?

My opinion? AVOID this place! It was a nice drive to Saskatoon!(x2)! Lol the receptionist is nice and professional but as for the workmanship? I won’t be back! I went there looking for arch support and the only thing I got was a good cushiony heel! Pictures show my old ones and the new flimsy ones...also one leg is longer than the other kind Sir! You knew this! There’s zero height difference in these new insoles! Come on! The search continues for quality foot/arch support in Saskatchewan! Lol if you wish to donate $400 to a local Saskatoon business then this is the place! Anyone know where

I was there for the first time and was really surprised because prior my appointment I was reading some reviews which seemed negative...
I met Dr.Nelson who's very friendly and knowledgeable !!! Mr. Nelson explained to me all details about orthotics insoles and one week later I owned a pair what was very quick !!! I'm using these on daily bases and see the differents on my feet....yes I would recommend this place and will go there again!!!

Owner demonstrated atrocious listening skills, terrible rudeness, asked invasive and unnecessary questions, and generally made the experience overly aggravating.
In the end, another business was chosen.
My recommendation? Save yourself the high blood pressure and the pain of dealing with these people and go elsewhere.
If I could give a lower rating, I would.
