Dispatcher misheard when I gave the address I had the business owner give the address so the owner wouldn’t mess up their own address and instead of taking accountability and apologizing he yelled saying it’s my fault and that if I call again I can never get a taxi by them unprofessional and rude ! Don’t use them

We have used this company many times and most drivers were professional. Except when they don’t want to offer you a debit machine. My teenage daughter only had debit and he insisted she pay cash she was so scared my fiancé had to go outside and I had to call the company to let them know that their driver insisted they only accept cash. Once the company got a hold of him he ended up taking debit and harassed a 17 year old girl. Disgusting!!! I will be following up with the company or authorities. This is not acceptable behaviour and the driver should be fired for speaking to a minor in such a

Avoid. I needed to go to Airport and called in advance to book a taxi by 3pm. It wasn't there on time and called dispatcher, he promised that taxi 5min late, in 10 min I called dispatcher again and he gave me "current taxi location" which was 2 min away from my home, 10 min later I called again and dispatcher said that taxi should arrive any minute. It finally arrived 22 min late, dispatcher lied to me twice, if I knew that I would cancel it.
Taxi car that arrived was in horrible condition internally and mechanically, while moving it was making such loud sounds that we couldn't talk without screaming

Used this service twice. First time with no hitches but second terrible. It was not until I actually called to see when they were coming to bring to me the airport. Girl told me they had no drivers. Bad service. I was going to give 3 stars but I think the bad overcame the good. By the way on a positive note I called Brampton Taxi and saved some money. They were actually cheaper.

I was changing my tires to winter ones and needed a taxi to get to the shop to pick up my car around 4:00 yesterday afternoon.
I called them at a quarter to four. With no taxi showing up I called them again at 4:10.
Busy girl: "Hello, I ordered a taxi twenty minutes ago. When will it arrive?"
Distant hollow male voice: "which number did you call?"

This is the worst taxi company ever. They do not care about their customers, they are extremely disrespectful and rude. I used them for a year twice day and when I complained about a driver yelling at me for making him wait 5 minutes I was verbally assaulted by the driver and the dispatch. I will never use this company again. Then they refused my son, my husband and me service. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

The can driver was so late. I missed the train and was late to an exam. When I told the driver he was late he told me "you should of known there would be traffic!!" I simply responded with "your company shouldn't lie to customers about the estimated time of the taxis arrival." He purposely drove slower than the speed limit and took a longer route. I recommend calling a different company. I wish I could give no stars.
