So.... we booked this service to take my husband and I from his office to downtown Toronto to a game, and pick us up afterwards. We live 75 min away from downtown. The ride down was ok, we also had them pick up our daughters to bring them downtown as well - that driver overcharged my kids and also was a horrible driver (pulled a u turn in oncoming traffic during rush hour!)
All this would have been acceptable - not great but acceptable - until halfway through the 3rd period of the hockey game we got a call saying they weren't going to be able to

Driver did not show up at 5:45am to take us to Pearson. Called dispatch at 6am and advised they would contact him and call us right back. At 6:15, no contact and fortunately local Beck Taxi bailed us out. Never use this serice again. Very untrustworthy and obviously company doesn't care about its customers. For reliability, call someone other service!

I should have read these reviews before using this service. It wasn't a terrible experience but customer service and honesty/transparency are lacking. I've used similar services before because they tend to be a bit cheaper than a standard taxi.
The driver arrived on time and called us when he pulled up. We just requested a sedan but a large SUV pulled up. The extra legroom was appreciated but not necessary. The quoted price from the website from downtown was $44 for a sedan. As we approached the airport I confirmed with the driver the rate. When we pulled up he said it was $44 + tax

Excellent service and great prices. Easy reservation. My driver was friendly, professional and well-trained. I reserved last minute for airport pick up and drop off and he showed up on time. The ride was smooth and he got us there faster than expected because he seemed to know all the short cuts across town. He gave us some good recommendations on dining. Dealing with Airfleet Limo was a very disappointing experience.
Bottom line: They sent the wrong type of vehicle to pick me up for my flight even though I went to great lengths to specify what I needed, and why. And I even made sure to review the specificity of my needs when they called to confirm my booking.
And what's worse is that the need was due to the fact that I am disabled. And I told them that. Repeatedly. They knew that I needed a specific type of vehicle or I would be unable to get into it.

I would never use this service again. This is the most unscrupulous company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Booked them to pick up my daughter and 2 month old granddaughter in Barrie and paid them with my credit card $149 for a pickup on the morning of May 28th. They took my money off my card the day I called on May 24th. Never showed up as promised and confirmed by text the day prior to the pickup. They left my daughter and grand daughter stranded with no way to the airport. It has been more than 20 days in trying to get them to refund my money for a service that they did

I ordered a car online for 5:30 this morning as I had to catch a flight at Pearson airport. I received a confirmation of my booking. When the car did not arrive by 5:35 I called their office to see where it was . They tried calling their driver three times without success. I told the dispatcher that their service is obviously unreliable and cancelled . It was now 5:40 . I called Beck cabs who showed up promptly at 5:55. At the same time Air Fleet Limousines driver also showed up . I told him he was late and UNRELIABLE and the job was now Becks .

Worst service and thieves - Airfleet Limo.
The driver did not show up for my 4:45 am scheduled service to Pearson. This is after receiving 2 confirmation calls, a confirmation email and a 3:45 am wake up call.
I called the office at 4:47 am when I did not see the driver waiting outside. They told me he would be there in 8 minutes. Then 10 minutes later they said that there was an issue with the car and another driver would be there in 2 minutes; he was around the corner. Terrible DO NOT USE. Unsure how they are even in business. Did not provide any confirmation number and agent on the phone rushed me and was rude and unprofessional. Driver showed up even though they provided no reservation confirmation for the booking. I had already made other arrangements. We did not use the service, and they demanded $60.00 anyways. I argued over the phone, they said the money would come out of the operators pocket if I didn't pay, so I paid because I felt bad that they would charge an employee out of pocket. Who threatens their employees like that?

I have been asking for a receipt from a trip taken about a month ago since it happened (as it is policy to have all receipts for business purposes for credit card reconcilliations). Left me stranded. I ordered an SUV last night by telephone and when it didn't show up after waiting 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time, I called them. In the first call the call went to an automated system telling me the caller wasn't available. The second call I got a live person. They then told me they didn't have a reservation for a pick up. I called another company and they were able to pick me up. I will never use this company again.

On the way there we were delayed well over an hour at the border because the driver did not have a valid passport. In fact the passport he showed was expired by over 7 months. Finally I was able to get through after a huge battle with border control. Seems to me if you offer cross border services the company should check on valid passports. The driver expected a tip at the end of the ride after this fiasco and was rude when it wasn't received.

Booked this limo service to go to the airport. Driver was on time and the ride went smoothly, although the price quoted in person was slightly higher than the price quoted online (but only like $5 more). So to get from east Etobicoke to the airport it was about $50.
However, I took a flat rate taxi (not sure which company) coming home from the airport to the same location and it was $37. So you do pay a bit more for the "limo", it seems.

DO NOT USE !!!! Car did not show, numerous calls unanswered - right to machine, explanations ranged from car in traffic, car in accident, been a tough day, car will be there in 5 mins, etc etc.
They moved the business to a local taxi all in all 1.5 hours late and taxi company wanted twice as much as quoted.

Booked with them to take our family to and from the Pearson airport. Service was alright on the way there but we got resistance when we tried to pay with a credit card. Terrible service on pick up. Our limo did not show up although we had a confirmation of our details and when we called we were told they thought it was the next day and sorry but they had no one in the area to pick us up. They did not care that our family including 4 small children were left at the airport without a ride nor did they apologize for their mistake. We will never use this company again.

Please don't use this company - submitted a request for a limo to head to Pearson for 5am. Received an email confirmation back. On the day off, at 5am - no cab. So called the company and they said 10-15 mins someone would be there. 10-15 minutes passes and I called again, they say the same thing. Finally about 30 mins after the scheduled time I called again and they said that yup it would just be to 10-15 mins. Luckily we have a car, so decided to drive (had to pay for the premium parking at YYZ) and made our flight by seconds (no exaggeration). Please never use this company.
