Asked staff if they can place an item on hold for me as it was one of the only few locations that had the size I was looking for. This item was meant to be a gift and I kindly explained to staff that I would be able to get there within the next hour or 2 to purchase. Manager didn't really care about the customer's concern and just refused. Extremely disappointed in the service.

The lady with the long black hair I think she’s the manager there she wouldn’t return my shoes that I bought for a wedding and didn’t wear, defeating the whole return policy of 30 days.. I don’t understand why you have this policy if you will not honour it.. no one greats you at the door and she was very rude and unprofessional, very disappointed and they were $100 shoes the worst quality.

Omg, snobs and hooks work here.
Ignored, disrespected; customer service is an alien concept at this store.
The female manager was a breath of fresh air!

Horrible Experience! The manager over here is rude and doesn't know something called customer service. Ive never regretted buying a shoe more. The staff needs to be changed or they have lost a returning customer.

The employees here seem to be more interested in talking to each other then getting you the sizes that you need.
The style and quality of shoes are great though.
