My last visit at this location as long as individual named Lauren works there… simple package pick up turned into very upsetting event. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable, yelling at other employees! Yes there is a labor shortage these days- but individual like that shouldn’t be employed anywhere near other people.

I was supposed to work at this company in March but due to the pandemic, I was furloughed and had to stay home without pay. I waited 6-7 months until things had slow down. The manager gave me false hope to thinking that I was gonna work at DSW and despite of being offered the job, I still wasn't able to step on the premises. I called the manager twice about my position and not only he made excuses but also gave me an attitude.

Jennica was such a great help to me today! Her customer service is exceptional! I have 20 years experience in customer service and it’s always nice to see someone who takes pride in her job and makes customers feel so welcomed. Great job Jennika. I do have to say the other young lady at the register was rude. She didn’t smile once or greet me while I was she was checking me out at the register. Smiles are free! She should try it out some time !

They have a pretty good shoe selection but very few sizes. I can almost never find my size. Customer service is nice at times and other times not so much. Also, their shoes are wayyyy overpriced. Charging almost $50 for a pair of flip flops at DSW is a bit aggressive. Clearance items are full priced as well.

I came here to buy a pair of shoes that cost 89.95. At the register I was told if I opened a DSW account I would get 25% off the purchase. My younger sister had done the same with her purchase a few weeks ago of the same exact brand of shoes and had gotten the discount when she opened her own account. I continued to open the account and when the "discount" was applied the shoes were $97, more than the price on the sales sign. The shoes were ringing up with an original price of $130.00, clearly different (and much higher) than the $89.95 price from the sign. As someone who spent 5 years working
