A customer service representative will come out to you with your clean clothes and place them in your car and take any pieces you'd like to drop off for cleaning. You can also give the CSR any special attention or repair notes. We will make sure we take care of your requests. If we have any questions, we will call you.

Very expensive alterations. I brought a coat and a vest in to have minor adjustment.. one to taper the arm pit /arm hole (3inches) And another to take up the sleeve. For both alterations it was going to cost $250!!! Insane. I ended up taking them up the street for $100 for both. I try to sup port our local shops but this is ridiculous.

This place is awesome! I thought I had completely ruined my pricy Arc’teryx jacket by trying to clean it with rubbing alcohol and left an unsightly blue stain on it. They were able to bring the jacket back to factory new and I’m ecstatic! The counter staff was very friendly and professional. Your garments are in safe hands here.

I had some beautiful and irreplaceable wool dress coats and a leather jacket damaged by water while in storage Some mold had also developed by the time it was discovered. A friend who was Wardrobe Head in the film industry recommended that I take them to Busy Bee Gold because of her previous excellent experience with them. They did not disappoint. Had my wedding dress cleaned here in 2018, and really appreciated the care that went into both the cleaning and packaging. The monogrammed cloth cover over the box is an especially nice touch.
It's not cheap, but worth it for a cleaning that removes all residues, and will preserve that special dress long term.

Clean and convenient location that I've used for drycleaning and tailoring. Their prices are fair for the dependable service and friendly staff. When I had my quilt cleaned, they returned it in a reusable storage bag. Also, they re-hemmed a pair of pants for free after they were measured incorrectly.

Brought in several suits for slimming down after having lost some weight. Appreciated the very professional process from start to finish. I liked being able to make an appointment online. The seamstress was knowledgeable and efficient, and the finished suits were available within the promised time frame. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and I felt the price charged was fair, and much less costly than replacing otherwise good clothes that just needed to be down-sized. I will definitely return.

I am furious about our experience here and I’ll try to remain calm and civil while writing this review.
To be fair, we have had good experiences here before, and we sent our expensive stuff here for dry cleaning which were nicely done - wedding gown, coat, and dress, they have done a good job until something terrible today happened.
So today my wife found out her jacket which was sent to Busy Bee for dry cleaning a few months ago was actually damaged and Busy Bee deliberately covered it up without telling us and didn’t even try to fix it! We only found out today because after picking it up

I've gone here a number of times in the past and never been disappointed. It's convenient that they are 1/4 of a block away from my house. It is extremely hard to find a good dry cleaner and tailor. I've been to a few tailors and before going to busy bee, I was always let down by other places except for this one other place, however, that other place was pretty pricey and not as convenient location wise.
I went yesterday because I had dress pants for a suit that need letting out at the waist. Me being me I waited until the day of the wedding to try them on and they were a good

Was told between 4$-8$ a piece. Accidentally left a T-shirt in a button down. They charged me 16$ for a T-shirt !
They lied about the estimate. Then charged me for " Heavy soil " on most of the shirts. Never had that in 25 years of cleaning shirts. I don't garden in My work shirts.
Beware $$$. It's just not worth it.

I sent in a quote via yelp for a jacket that cost me $50 and was wondering how much it would cost for dry cleaning. Mohammed, the owner replied promptly (like 10 minutes or less) and inquired how big the stain was and whether I had treated the stain. He also ended up calling me to give an estimate (the cost of cleaning of my jacket would almost be half the price of my jacket, which I originally suspected) and was kind to offer me suggestions on how to remove the stain myself! I have never had a business owner give me such good instructions and for free! He did not have to go out of his way to help

The cleaning is fantastic but the price is insane!
I was charged $640 to clean my wedding dress. It is lace, but that's half of what I paid for it!
I wish they showed me the box before - the preservation box is obnoxiously large. Will be difficult to find a spot to store it.
That said, the dress looks fantastic...they cleaned it right up. I just wasn't expecting to pay half a month's rent for it!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Staff are unfriendly and don't seem to care about their customers. I sent the owner an email after the awful service I had and the amount of money I had to pay for a hem job and small tapper to the pants a brought in. He replied right away saying he wanted to make this "right" and would look into it and get back to me....that was over a month an a half ago...
My advice, if your getting something altered, make sure you are specific in what your asking for AND get them to confirm the amount before you leave the place.

Okay, I'm back! Here goes: My husband and I got married nearly three years ago, and my wedding dress has sat in our office closet ever since. We got married in Hawaii and so took a lot of photos out on the ocean on top of a bed of black lava rock. It was never my intention to "trash the dress," but it was certainly worse for wear once all was said and done. Since then I'd always meant to have it dry cleaned and put into a nice box, but it was one of those chores I just kept forgetting

I was told $40 to have the cuffs of a suit coat let out. I was surprised, and not sure if she'd looked up the right thing on the computer.
"Really?".
"Yyyeah".
(still baffled)"Cause that's like, $10 at most places".
(sarcastically)"Well I guess we're not "MOST PLACES"".
