Services
Our people are the heart of our business and we believe we have cultivated Vancouver's most talented, knowledgeable and trained production and customer service team. Some of our production staff have been with the company for over 20 years and pour their heart and soul into the care of your fabrics.
Laundry is time consuming. Between work schedules, family and friends and self care, when does anyone find the time to do this mountain of laundry? Throw in the towel and let us do it for you! Just like our dry cleaning services, we offer free pick up and delivery of your freshly laundered clothing.
Our pick up and drop off service is extremely convenient as there is no minimum order requirement. Our pick up and drop off service is FREE. If you require a fitting please come to our store and our team will then deliver to your door. If it's a repair that doesn't require a fitting please add a note to your order pick up request (online account).
Each garment undergoes a physical inspection to identify any stains or marks that require extra attention. We a have state-of-the-art steam based stain removal system that removes the majority of stains including grease, dye, etc. During our detailing process we will note any minor repairs and carrying these out to the garment.

I brought a bridesmaid dress to Fletcher's to be hemmed and it was ready for pickup within one week. Unfortunately when I tried it on, the hem was uneven and the stitching looked messy. A different seamstress was working that day and she was very helpful and fixed the issue within one day! Her work was excellent and she even had me come back to double check the fit before she finished the garment, it looks great! Next time I need something tailored, I'll make sure to go on a day she's working.

I have been using Fletchers for many years now. I require a first-rate shirt service in my work and they provide the best by far. They have always provided prompt service, never lost an article, and since the Pandemic began they have offered me pickup and delivery service 14 km from their shop at no extra charge, which I think is an outstanding response to the Pandemic. I definitely recommend them for any laundry or dry cleaning services you need.

A marker broke and stained our brand new light grey couch, I tried to clean it myself and there was still a bright red stain. I didn't think anything would get the stain out, and I was despondent. As a last resort I brought the cushion cover to Fletchers and asked them to try to get it out. 1 week later, the stain is 100% gone and the cushion looks like new again. Fletchers literally saved my couch! It wasn't cheap but it was money very well spent in my case.

Fletcher's is a terrific drycleaning service. The new drop off and pickup option is fantastic. I have had several difficult to clean items beautifully cared for here, and they have also done repairs and alterations for me as well. I used to go out of my way to bring my clothes here, but of course now I don't have to, which is wonderful. I'm glad to support such a reliable and high quality business.

Dry cleaned pillow covers, that were beautifully cleaned considering some very old stains etc they got all out but a couple not completed on one pillow, still acceptable. However, I did not need all the wire hangers and plastic covering on my finished covers. I can see it makes it compatible with your system, still I don’t want all the plastic to dispose of and hopefully you will take back your hangers. Pillow covers could be packed in a more environmentally caring way.
