The PIT Formula: Some time ago, the PIT (principal, interest & taxes) formula was expanded to include heating costs. And more recently, it has become universally recognized that repair and maintenance also have a significant bearing on the cost of home ownership. Most often the costs are relatively low, with respect to the overall value of the home - but can sometimes become an unexpected or even unmanageable burden.

We offer a comprehensive web-based reporting system that produces an exceptional report, published and posted on the web exclusively for the buyer or seller.
What does a CAF Member need to provide, for Electrospec to be paid by BGRS? Provide your 10-digit BGRS Reference Number e.g. 1234567890) and we will upload your Certificate of Service Received (CSR) when submitting our invoice to BGRS. It's just that simple! 2. Will CAF Members ever be required to pay Electrospec directly?

This past weekend we had a home inspection done by Gil. His attention to detail was superb, his knowledge, experience and insight was priceless He clearly knows what he is talking about and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. We received a very thorough and detailed report promptly (same day) after he was done and it made us, especially as first time home buyers, feel more confident and empowered to proceed with our deal. Our experience with Mr. Strachan, was a very pleasant one.
His attitude was a very friendly and professional one. He took the time to explain to us all the steps of the house inspection process emphasizing in all the hidden areas that we have to consider.
The inspection report was delivered to us very shortly after inspection, and it was very detailed, well done and easy to be understood.
Definitely his expertise was a key factor in our recent purchase.
