We reached out to Nick by chance as his reviews were outstanding. We recently purchased an older home and had some concerns. In this real estate market we were not afforded the opportunity to have an inspection as part of our conditions so we purchased the home and fastened our seat belts for what could be a bumpy ride. Nick came to our home after we moved which is not typical for a home inspector to do but Nick was more than happy to work with us to help us understand what we might not see. Nick did a wonderful inspection for us. He was very thorough and deliberate, and we had high confidence in his evaluation. His website video mentions that he inspects houses as if they're his own -- I believe this. His extensive post-inspection report was well organized and professional and filled with pictures of the key points. The inspection price seemed reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend him! We were extremely pleased with Nick’s thoroughness and attention to detail to the home inspection he performed for us. We have done two other home inspections in the past with different properties (one other one in Kingston) and Nick’s was by far the best and most thorough one we’ve ever had.
