It has been several months since we purchased our Ford Escape from these folks. The entire staff were fantastic! I did not have great expectations from the Escape - it had a lot of kilometers on it and it had been well loved. We ended up having some significant issues with the vehicle - Lee offered to refund our money or fix it - our choice. He fixed it and when we had some more issues - Lee fixed them without question and refused to charge us.

Just had my car detailed at Nexcar. Not only did they do a fabulous job but they drove me to work and came and picked me up when I was finished! But it didn't stop there. hey discovered that my right front tire was almost flat and was damaged. I had been having an issue with it. They called Kal Tire who I bought my original tires from to see if they had the same tire. They then bought the new tire, they picked it up and wow!!! they put it on!!! They gave me a call to let me know what was happening and to approve the purchase. I was incredibly impressed. Service like this is a rarely seen today
