Schedule regular maintenance with us and we will keep your equipment in top running condition. We recommend service in late spring or early fall so that we can service both air conditioner and furnace at the same time. We won't start any repairs until we have discussed the details with you. The replacement of your heating and cooling equipment is a tough decision.

From Steve in the sales department to Tyler and Deep that did an exceptional install of a new water heater and serviced my fireplace. Explained everything and went the extra mile with the little stuff. I am always happy with Priority. They were the first call I make every time. They have done my A/C, furnace and water heater in a retro fit. And have previously done all the HVAC at a new build some years ago. Don’t hesitate to call on Priority. I was beyond impressed by Priority Air. They are extremely professional, skilled, reliable, and courteous. They were very responsive by email and phone when setting up the initial appointment and the install. Their staff went above and beyond in helping to determine what I would need to address a humidity issue in my home. They found a way to install an air exchanger despite very tight spaces in my furnace room, and they found a way to install the outdoor vent out of sight of the front of my house as I had requested.

I needed my AC unit moved from one side of the house to the other as I was getting a walkway put in. Scott came in to quote me and he was very professional, prompt and really eager to help. They were able to do this for me 2 days after they came in to quote the job and when Liam and Andrew came to move it they knew exactly what they were doing. They got it done efficiently and most importantly they did it without any damage to the property or the unit itself. I highly recommend these guys.

The new furnace journey started with an inquiry about a new Trane furnace, Kelly at the office pointed us in the right direction and answered our early questions. She even went out of her way to help with queries about our current furnace. Steve called right away and was at our home the next day. He reviewed our options and presented choices. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and provided us facts to make an informed decision. The quote was sent the next day as promised. The 2 gentleman that installed the furnace were polite and very professional. Tyler and Andrew were very detail oriented

This is so COOL.
After decades of hot water radiators throughout the house and a boiler in the basement - Priority Mechanical provided a whole new heating solution during our home reno (a year or more ago). Today,they installed an all new central air conditioning system. 15 minutes is all it took to start to feel the cool of our new Trane throughout the house.

I have used these guys a few times. Installed my new furnace and duct work when I got rid of my electric heat. They Installed my Central Air and HRV. The guys were great and showed their experience with the quality of workmanship and how clean they left the work area after completing the job. Highly recommend Priority for any job you have!They are worth a look at!

I cannot say enough good things about Priority. After a failed attempt at getting the ecobee installed through the horrendous government incentive program, we had 3 different companies come out to try and undo the damage that was caused only for them to each spend over 3 hours at our place and not fix anything or make matters worse. Within the… first 10 seconds of Caleb (the world’s best and most competent technician) checking it out, he knew the exact problem and was able to fully resolve the ongoing issue when literally nobody else could. We would not deal with anyone else but, Priority Mechanical. A couple of years ago they installed our propane furnace and a new air conditioner at the same time without incident. Yesterday they installed a propane fireplace professionally done by Greg and Al. These guys were so willing to please and took the time to explain everything to us. … Our salesman Steve also very informative visiting us twice at home so we were assured we were picking the right unit for us.
