Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation:
Hammond plumbing installed both kitchen and bathroom sinks, faucets and toilets. The first plumber was very nice, professional but the work was not. After leaving three out of the four sink drains were leaking. Had to call back for a second appointment. The second plumber arrived three days later. It clearly stated in the instructions on materials to use for best results which were not used during the first installation. The three faucet/drains were reinstalled. Still leaking. The leaking finally stopped only after the instructions were understood and followed

We recently used Hammond Plumbing to help disconnect our appliances ahead of a kitchen renovation. They sent out Austin and he was extremely polite & professional. He did a fantastic job and was very helpful. Fast forward to the first day of our kitchen renovation and we hit a snag. This was so easy. I called and booked an appointment. I had a dripping pipe. Matt P. came in did the repair. He was efficient and very pleasant. Unlike other plumbers who push and try to sell other services and parts, Hammond Plumbing gets 5 stars for the ease of the entire process and kudos to them for hiring Matt P. He's an excellent repair person and an excellent ambassador for the company. They are now my plumbing company.

I contacted Hammond to get a quote for a replacement tub where I wanted to get a Jacuzzi tub installed. When the work began there were conflicting statements about the quote and the work involved ended up being a lot larger than what was initially intended. We ended up having to rip out all of our walls in the shower area which wasn't in our original plans. A few other problems started to plague this job but I will definitely say that Hammond came through. I would have given five stars had it not been for all of the issues that occurred but like I said Hammond's customer service did come through
