The team at Ace Glass & Mirror Ltd. is able to replace almost any broken hardware in your home. When you are looking for replacement hardware, we always recommend removing the broken part and bringing it to our shop. We can then inspect the piece and provide you with an exact match. If you are unable to remove the part, you can always take a picture and email it to us.

I purchased several pieces of glass for my furniture. Jen was an absolute professional. She was prompt in her responses to me and knowledgable when answering my questions. There was a a small issue when I brought my glass home but Jen and Dwight quickly resolved it for me with no issue. I would definitely purchase again from them. Thanks Jen and Dwight!!

Came here for a custom glass tabletop. Jen was very helpful at explaining my options. Even before I walked in, she had given me an estimate over the phone so I knew what to expect going there. She gave me a quick tutorial on how to draw a template of my table and provided a piece of paper.
I think I probably dealt with ALL of the staff. When I returned with my template a gentleman helped me finalize my order.
Finally, when I returned to pick up my order the bearded fella in the back helped me load it and explained how to take care of the glass and my furniture.

George and Eugene are great, knowledgeable and friendly guys. Great service and fair prices.
I popped in after work one day and ordered a vinyl window for my basement. They didn't have one in stock at the time but put one on order. I picked it up in a few days and the guys at the store were kind enough to explain how to install it. I got home and had trouble fitting the window in (although I got the right size). George and Eugene spent some time over the phone with me helping me out with some ideas. They were willing to send an installer to fix it for me (I had asked) but never put any pressure
