After replacing all our home's windows manufactured by VWD Ltd., most recently, the seal in 2 panes of different windows became defective Aug/2020. Long story short, as of this issue, the warranty after service has been TERRIBLE. After long delays, multiple emails/calls, we've had incorrect grilles in the replacement panes 5X; not even bringing the pane for one of them most recently today. There is NO excuse for such utter incompetence and delay!

Beautiful windows but absolutely horrible service! We had their windows installed over a year and a half ago on our brand new home. Several windows (9 windows) need to be replaced due to the windows being improperly manufactured. The glass is too thick for the frames which causes frost to build up ending in constant water around the window frames during the winter. We just recently experienced a cracked window as well. We have continually contacted the company for repair of the windows and have still not had the windows fixed. When we call for service we keep being told that they service a large

... So you will respond to my negative review of your product and company on Google Reviews, but would not return my many calls or emails? The supplier I bought the door from said you wouldn't respond to their inquiries either. The issues with ONE door were corrected (I was told they ordered it from a different manufacturer), but I initially ordered 2 doors from VWD and I'm stuck with the other one that's garbage.

Horrible company to deal with, DO NOT PURCHASE WINDOWS FROM MAJESTIC WINDOW MANUFACTURING LTD (aka Vinyl Window Designs Ltd/Majestic Windows). We have been trying to start a warranty claim for 3 months, called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. Never receive a response and when we call and ask for a manager they are always "unavailable" according to reception. They seem determined to avoid us so we are unable to file a claim. As you will see, they have horrible reviews in many places. Avoid at all costs, I wish we had.

In 2009 we spent thousands for 15 windows - all of which carry Vinyl Window Designs' Lifetime Warranty. Well over a year ago two of them started losing their UV protection. I have been waiting for this company to honour their warranty and replace the glass. Multiple emails, phone calls, and constantly being ignored. It usually takes 5 or 6 emails before I get any response at all. Now, today, over a year later, one piece of glass has finally been sent to a place in Manitoba for me to arrange pick up. I had a very good experience with the service manager, i believe her name was Suzie. I had contacted the company for the job and had some questions about the warranty and life of the windows. She addressed all my concerns and was very thorough and helpful. I have recommended this company to others specifically because of her. Customer service is of great priority.
