Came here after going to Cameron Paint, and was beyond satisfied with Sashi's service. Treated me like a person, and was so kind. I bought a 5 gallon pail of primer, and he helped with the questions I had about oil paint versus latex. I will 1000% be back to get the paint we need for the house. I dealt with Sashi at the Sarnia location. I was having a problem with beams not being the correct stain colour and Sashi helped me with a sample board trying many different colours to fix the problem. After a couple visits he came up with the closest colour match and took my stress away.
Sashi was wonderful to deal with.

Only called to ask if they were mixing paint colours since other stores aren't during this covid lockdown but it ended up being an 8 min conversation. Richard who I spoke to set aside different paint chips for me to pick up curbside and went over my options for different paint lines to best suit my home. Very good customer service. Very thankful for Richard's expertise.
