I called about information and step by step process of CP and PPF. Kevin did not hesitate to answer all questions even though I wasn't a customer. He spent a good 15mins answering everything and anything about the process and workmanship. In no way did he push any sales. When I do get detailing work done, this will be the place I go just based on how professional he was on the phone. They say first impressions are everything - Kevin's nailed it. Thanks again.

I used Ceramic Pro Oakville to get my 2021 Grand Cherokee ceramic coated. Got the silver package and couldn’t be happier. Dillon and team were professional, efficient and competitively priced. The communication was amazing with Dillon, as an owner he clearly cares about his reputation and does everything to make sure your happy. Loved these guys, we discussed options and different pros and cons for each process. Dillon was great.. We agreed on the Premium Ceramic package. An appointment was agreed on and signed off. They cleaned, colour matched and applied the finish coats. The car is gorgeous and protection guaranteed for 10 years. Dillon set up appointments once per year to freshen the top coat for the duration of the same 10 years. The finish is spectacular. The clear looks so deep. Thanks to all of he team here in Oakville. I brought my new AMG GT 4 Door directly from the dealer for tints, ceramic and PPF. All work was really well done and at a competitive price. Not cheap, because you get what you pay for, but I priced everyone out and their reputation and quality to detail was what convinced me and I wasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend!

One of the easiest, hassle-free and absolute best experiences I’ve had when it comes to work on my vehicle. From my initial phone call right through completion Bryan was courteous, informative and accommodating. I had my 2020 RX350 ceramic coated and the roof vinyl-wrapped, and was blown away with how it looked when it was done. I will definitely be doing business again in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Bryan and Rex run a tight crew here! They did an excellent job on my 2017 Lexus IS350. A lot of shops turned me away due to the complexity of PPF on the front bumper, these guys did a perfect job of hand cutting the Xpel material for maximum coverage. Had another shop do PPF using Xpel on my other car, did a poor job, these guys however know what they are doing and are highly trained and experienced.
Prices are fair and competitive. Got Ceramic Pro done in the Gold package, results speak for themselves. Will be back for my other cars in the future!

Bryan and his team were excellent. They took their time to explain the process of getting my 2019 BMW X5 Ceramicpro which i ended up getting the full exterior and interior package with life time warranty.
