Established in 1982, HI-Q.A. Inc. is a third generation family owned and operated manufacturing facility. We are located minutes away from Ottawa, Ontario. The region also known as Silicon Valley North. Our company name is derived from one of our guiding principles - "high quality" - and it serves as a focus in every aspect of our business.
Producing a quality product on time, every time is very important to HI-Q.A. We firmly believe that quality cannot be inspected into the product, it must be built in. As an ISO 9001:2015 registered company, certified by Advantage International Registrar inc. We monitor our processes relentlessly to detect any areas for quality improvement.
Bill of Material (BOM), complete with any pending Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). The latest BOM which incorporates these changes should be supplied when available. Assembly drawings or equivalent with special instructions, waivers, solder type, flux type, etc. Approved Vendors List (AVL) - The AVL allows HI-Q.A. to quote on parts from suppliers the customer considers acceptable.

We've been using HiQA since about 2007. Very pleased with their quality, services offered, flexibility for both component purchase and component check-in, turn-around time, and their pricing. We've never had any problems. They have been great on NPI, and regular production. If you are a startup or an established company and want to try another contract manufacturer, I would be sure to check out what HiQA can do for you.
