I have been a patient at Cochrane Dental Centre for a number of years. Due to a few traumatic childhood dental visits, going to the dentist has never been pleasant experience. I’m happy to say that is not the case here at Cochrane Dental and that’s due to great people that work in the office.
I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a hello from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the staff and Drs in the treatment rooms. During all my visits, an explanation of the treatment to be completed has always been given and updated regularly during the process helping lower my level of anxiety

Thank you to Dr. Darrag and staff who were so accommodating recently when I was suffering from tooth pain which eventually required a root canal. They all went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get the needed appointments in a timely manner.

I have had many bad dental experiences with over a dozen different dental offices over many years. I warn the staff where I have sensitive spots and I always experience shooting pain and hear "sorry, that should not hurt". Your office was the first time I was treated with respect and gentleness during a cleaning and subsequent root canal. No pain, even with the anesthetic needles! This is how it should be. My dental issues and treatment plan were well explained. The office is very clean, well managed and I liked the headphones and movie option during the root canal. Overall a very positive experience

Me and my husband joined this dental clinic two years ago. From the first day of walking through the doors of Cochrane Dental clinic we have felt very welcome. All the staff are cheerful and polite, all calls are answered promptly! The doctors and nurses are very gentle and considerate and take the time to discuss the dental treatment.

I did a faceplant while walking along the riverbank on a lovely Fall day led to an expected visit to the clinic for several fractured front teeth. The Staff were super helpful and comforting. They did everything to help make me feel better and ensure I recover. I never willingly want to go to a dentist but I am very glad I accidentally found Cochrane Dental. Thank you all very much!

I have been a patient for 30 plus years and would not go anywhere else . Staff are always accommodating and personable. I have never had to wait for extended periods of time, as a matter of fact I am usually welcomed into a room immediately. Sadly they wasted my husband time. He called gave them everything that was going on and how we just moved here, they booked him in saying they could fix/ help. Then my husband goes and waits to then be told when with the dentist that he won’t do anything because he has not done the work before hand. This is a family of 5 and business you lost.
