Called to request a quotation for their tax services. They told me I had to come in. We are in the midst of a pandemic but I went in. They asked me about my amount of T4s and I told them. They gave me their price and it was too high for me. I asked why they couldn't have told me that over the phone and they just stared at me. Didn't even apologize as I left. Pure trash.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was referred here by someone that does a lot of business with them....not sure why after the experience of getting my taxes done with them. Charging me $260 bucks to do straight forward taxes that have been done by H&R block for the past decade in 15-20 minutes. Claiming that they have way more work to do with it. Not only could the first girl Michelle, not answer any questions for me, she told me to speak to Sally.
