This will save the Corporation some costs. In order for your condominium corporation to enter into this agreement, the board of your corporation must have passed a resolution to determine the methods of electronic communication that it will use for serving notices on owners and/or mortgagees. Indicate, by checking one or more of the boxes, the method(s) of electronic communication (from the condominium corporation) that are acceptable to you.

I/we, the owner(s) of the Unit indicated below, Ottawa-Carleton Leasehold Condominium Plan No. 713, hereby consent to the amendment of the Corporation's Declaration attached to this consent as Schedule "A" above.
