Services
All-star cheerleading is one of Canada's fastest-growing sports that incorporates tumbling, stunting, dance into a single routine. Athletes learn teamwork, dedication, and commitment while enjoying travel, competitions, and other events. At Calgary Stars, we offer cheerleading programs for children and athletes of all ages and abilities.
Calgary STARS Cheerleading Summer Camps are the perfect introduction to the sport of cheerleading and a super fun way to spend your summer! Campers will have a blast learning all the basics of cheer including stunting, jumps, dance and tumbling as well as a mini routine! Outdoor time and lots of games will have your camper having a blast!

This is my daughter’s 2nd year with Stars Cheerleading, her first in All Star and she LOVES it. My girls have been part of the club for 7 years now Rec and All Star, they have learnt an amazing amount of skills here and not just from a cheer/ athletic viewpoint, they have learnt such strong and valuable life lessons and skills that will help them throughout their lives. We have been a member of the stars family for the last 3 years and have had nothing but an amazing time! My daughter loves being a part of the team and community that they have created, and loves competing with her team even more. As a parent it is such a proud moment representing as a Calgary star. We are happy to be a new member of the STARS family – it’s our first year and my daughter loves it! She enjoyed the cheer camp this past summer so much that she knew right away she wanted to join the prep program. We started at Stars when my daughter was a timid toddler. She loved her first session of parented gymnastics so much that we signed her up again and again. She really loved all the helpful and attentive coaches. After 4 or 5 sessions, she wanted to try cheerleading. So we signed her up for the recreational cheer program they run. It was 1 hour on Saturdays as well. She had so much fun and she loved the challenge. After doing another session of recreational cheer and feeling like part of the Stars Family, we tried out for the All-Star program.

My daughter first tried cheer camp last summer and fell in love with the sport. It is now her first year on the cheerleading prep team and it has just been such a positive experience so far. The coaches are excellent in what they do and being role models for the girls. The facility is super organized and truly cares about their teams and programs. They push the girls to try their best and demonstrate good sportsmanship. I am excited for what’s to come in the future for my daughter in cheer.

I refuse to return to Stars. We have spent a lot of money on registered programs and did a drop in on Feb 21 to only have the older girls in the program prior absolutely acting in an inappropriate manner toward my 2 year old. Stars should be embarrassed that the quality of girls at their facility are bullies. The behaviour I witnessed is exactly where bullying starts. I have also referred several people here which I will definitely never do again!
