We also offer crankshaft balancing at our Edmonton facility. The shafts undergo a series of tests and checks to assure compliance with manufacturers' accepted tolerances, to establish re-usability.
We offer machining of cylinder heads for heavy-duty, off-road construction equipment, semi-tractor trailers, oil patch equipment, generators, field equipment, tractors, and combines. Please note: these services are not for passenger vehicles. After being disassembled and cleaned, the castings and parts go through a stringent testing procedure that establishes re-usability.

These guys are amazing. Manfred especially. I was in a bind on an engine swap and conversion and needed a PLASTIC thermostat housing custom machined for an Audi. Nobody would even look at it. Not only did Manfred say yes, he did a terrific job and the part looks factory completely and more importantly works and seals flawlessly. Thank you so much. 11/10

Heavy duty, automotive, and racing applications. I have unique needs in the machine shop for a diverse range of engine blocks and cylinder heads. Over the years i have used a large number of various machine shops alberta wide and i have had mixed results, but with trac engines i have been given nothing but perfection. I double check measurements and everytime they spec out perfectly, excellent attention to details and they are knowledgeable experts.
