I had a Bellevue Prima Patio door installed. I'm not happy with the performance.
There is a bit of a draft where 2 panels meet.
There is a large amount of sound that comes through where the 2 panels meet as well. More sound coming through than there should be. (I understand that there will be some sound coming through the patio door as it's not sound proof)
I can hear people having full conversations. It sounds the same as if the door was wide open.
Standard sent a third party company but didn't identify any issues. I disagree.

I had two standard doors installed in my house from Prestige windows in Peterborough. Both doors have been nothing but problems. The one upstairs leaked and caused $7000 damage to my hardwood floor which we are in a court battle over. They also changed the glass panels due to scratches without replacing the frame and it is 4 times harder to slide than the one we originally purchased andwont do anything. The downstairs one is leaking through the frame and we are having a hard time getting the company back to service it. I would rate a zero if I could.

We have been trying to contact Standard Doors Inc. for over 6 months. We build a new home and our sliding door is leaking so bad the molding is now warped and dis-coloured. They sent a tech to look at the situation over two months ago, we have heard nothing back to follow up on replacing the door or fixing the problem. Every time I call, no one answers or returns my call. Extremely frustrating and would not recommend the product or customer service.
