I ordered a 72" x 48" window from Selcan on March 23rd, 2019. I paid the invoice in full at the time of the order. Sales rep advised that it would take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks and that they would call to book the installation. Owner came to see the window and advised us to prepare it by opening up the wall and to move any electrical wiring, therefore we proceeded and the hole was prepared for them to install. Fast forward to the 2nd week of May and I had not received any update from anyone at Selcan. I then called and the receptionist advised that she would call me back in a few

I got my windows done in 2016. Work was done ok. Workers seemed in a hurry.
Fast forward to now. I realized some of my windows' tops had not been caulked outside the house, leading to a leak in the house, when I power washed my windows.
I have called multiple times, emailed...still waiting for them to come finish the job, more than a month after my first phone call to them.
When your windows cost you $14 000, you expect a fast follow up. I will not recommend this company in the future.
