Best transmission shop in Ottawa by far. I have been using this shop for the past 40 years, servicing and transmission rebuilt. Never had any issues and the price is always fair. I have to drive an hour away but it's worth it. Thank you "Manny" and keep up the good work.

Our 2014 Honda CRV had an intermittent shutter that was getting progressively worse. Their mechanics were able to determine that it was the torque converter and they replaced it. It is nice that there are still experts out there. The vehicle now runs like it did when it was brand new and I know we will get many more years out of before we have to replace it. Thank you Ontario Transmission you saved us from having to buy a new vehicle at inflated prices.

Ontario Transmission came recommended by another mechanic (who does not work on transmissions). There were some challenges in getting parts for the transmission in my car, but in the end Manny found a solution and got the job done. Super happy with the result, and the pricing was fair too.

I had my transmission oil and filter changed on my 2011 Camry this summer with no surprises. The owner is a great guy and down to earth. He recently took my recycled engine oil I had changed myself with no problem. He is a small business owner who is very community minded, unlike Canadian Tire who refused to take my recycled oil even though they were on the Ottawa recycler list.

Meant tom do this a while back but with covid19 and worrying about everything didn't get a chance but had to make sure I do it as I was so satisfied that I am going back for something totally different but because I can trust them..
Manny was recommended to me by someone who had work done by his dad many years before. I was absolutely satisfied with the great job they did replacing the TCM in my B200.
From getting the part shipped in from Toronto then working on my car and getting it back to me when promised within 24hrs left it parked there for them over the weekend so they would have it Monday

I had my transmission rebuilt by Ontario Transmission and the warranty was past 4 months and it was acting up, they looked at it and replaced a part no charge! I was impressed with the service and the fact the warranty was over they still took care of me, I will recommend Ontario Transmission to anyone for their service, honesty and the fact they are not out to gouge someone that knows nothing about cars! Truly one of a kind service, I will always go back and recommend to everyone! Andy

Last summer, my 10-year-old Acura's clutch started slipping pretty bad. Ontario Transmission replaced my clutch a day quicker and much cheaper than the quote from the dealership. Communication was excellent and they would always reply promptly to my inquiries. A year and 20,000km later, everything is still solid so you know it was quality work. I'm happy to recommend their services.
