We care about your hair and with a team of stylists we want to ensure that our guests have the best experience. We create a warm, fun and caring environment for our clients. Our team continues their education to provide the latest trends and techniques so we can teach our guest to achieve the looks we create.
Casey has 15 years of experience in the industry and been on the Changes team for 12 of those years! In 2016, Casey became a Redken Certified Colourist. She is very educated, attending classes to keep up on current trends. She loves to work backstage at Toronto Fashion Week. Casey's goal always, is her guest's experience from beginning to end and that they love their hair!
Krystal is small town country girl who enjoys classic cars, fishing and Nascar, however her true passion is being a hairstylist. She has been licensed for 8 years and enjoys every aspect of the profession, simply because each client makes for a new experience. Krystal's favourite part of hairstyling is up styles and men's haircuts.
Sue has been in the industry for 35 years. She's developed her skill set with the constant changes with continued education. A few years ago, Sue relocated from Keswick to the Shelburne area and joined the Changes team. The relationships she builds with her guests is what drives her to make people happy everyday.
Kate has always had a passion for hair. From a little girl, she was constantly begging her mom and sister to let her do their hair and is now pursuing a career as a stylist. Kate loves having the ability to transform a client's hair and knowing that she was able to boost their confidence and make them feel their best.

My first time going in for a quick haircut today and i must say. that Sue (who cut my hair) was very nice and very friendly. she did an amazing job on my hair. as a person who isnt the greatest at describing how i like it cut, she knew exactly what i meant. ive heard nothing but good things about that entire shop
