Nina and I go way back! Approximately 16 years! Not sure where the time has gone! The Hair Gallery Team is more like a family. They have watched my family grow over the years and make us feel special each and everytime we come in. I look forward to my visits, they can't come soon enough! I started coming to The Hair Gallery 5 years ago, and it's the only salon I have been to where I don't have to go home and immediately re-do my hair.

Professional Business - Nina knows how to treat a Customer right! I had a bad hair colour experience at home with a boxed treatment product. I called The Hair Gallery Salon & Spa in Alliston and Nina insisted I come in right away so they could correct my colour. It was my first time at this salon. Julia was able to provide me with a beautiful hair colour and gave me the cut that I had asked for. I had my first appointment with Christine today for a full head of foils and a cut. It was a great experience!! She is easy to talk to, extremely professional, listens to what you want and delivers. I requested to have my hair dyed brown. The girl told me it would cost a little over $200. I thought that was outrageous for just a plain colour but thought maybe for this price the result would be great. My previous hilites were barely covered, my hair looks auburn with 5 different tones but not brown. The smell of the chemicals in my hair was so strong even when I left the salon, they do not use any good quality products. I was over charged for cut and colour. I was quoted $120 and was charged $175. I specifically advised the receptionist that I worked with a budget and that I needed to know the cost. Upon questioning, they said the receptionist doesn't know and I wasn't overcharged. The stylist did my colour and the colour didn't work or covered my grays so she reapplied. I was under the impression that it was their mistake and fixing by redoing it. Remember my hair was shoulder length and was charged $ over $100. Nina and her entire staff were exceptional. They took my mom and I with no appointment especially after months being lockdown and welcomed us with excellent service, fantastic product, enjoyable Lavazza coffee and a very comfortable atmosphere. That being said, I did take off one star because I don't like being double booked. I spent 90 minutes in a sink chair while my stylist did someone else's hair in her chair. It seemed as though I was the only person that was double booked and I spent a lot of time sitting and waiting...
When everything was said and done I spent more than 4 and a half HOURS at this salon for partial highlights.
The pricing was in line with what I would pay at a salon in Toronto.
I will return again because overall I am very happy with how my hair turned

By far, the best salon that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! Nina was incredible! I've never had anyone ask me such detailed questions about my hair goals or my hair routines. Nina is genuine and cares about all of her customers! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a fantastic team of people to make them look their best!
