Microwaves are much cheaper than they used to be 5 to 10 years ago. We can make sure you don't spend more than you could replace it for! With our service charge, you will get an estimate first so that we can decide if repair is an option. We contacted Platinum for dryer repair. The technician, Spencer came in the first time late. 2nd time, he returned for belt replacement and he was late again. He seemed in a hurry and rush to finish replacing the belt. He turned on the dryer for less than 10 seconds for testing, and informed every thing was in order. After he left, we found that the air vent connecting pipe had been damaged. Weird noise was coming from the dryer when we did a load of laundry the next day. We called to ask him to come back to check. He refused and asked us to send a video with audio to him. We sent video to him

Bought a GE all in one washer dryer combo unit. My unit had drying issues and GE sent Platinum out to fix this unit with what GE thought would fix it. After GE sent 4 parts to get Platinum to replace on our combo unit it did not fix the unit. No fault of Platinum at all just got a lemon that GE ended up replacing. Platinum was great to deal with. The tech was very nice and friendly and got the job done quickly. The tech was also very informative on letting me know date and time he would be at my place, always showed up between the times that I was told. I even called in once to check on an ETA
