Very Impressed! I called about my (LG) fridge's freezer freezing up which led up to ice build up and then melting onto my hardwood floor! Rick gave me great advise on what I might want to try myself 1st as it may be an easy fix. Most co's don't offer advise that doesn't include a charge. Professional and genuine service. Let's hope it works. If not, I'll call them in.
