I brought my vehicle in to get the front windshield replaced. I asked if they needed the old rubber from inside they said no they will put in a new one. when i got it back there was no rubber and at first they told me it was my fault that we didnt let they know the old one was in the back seat even though they said they were putting in a new one. a few days later the mirror fell off and hit my passenger when i returned to get the mirror put back on i braught up the inside rubber being missing the guy said its for decoration and they dont put it back on. now there is glue streak down my my windshield

Kia in the abbotsford auto mall recommended this glass repair place to me. Was very impress with the service at 2020! A lovely gentleman by name of Bobby helped me with no appointment. Just showed my insurance papers and 20mins later my 3 window chips were repaired with no cost to me! If you are at the abbotsford auto mall and need window service I definitely recommend them. Quick and friendly!

10/10 service from guys who know what they’re doing. Friend and I went in to get our windows tinted. Called the morning of and they were able to squeeze us in no problem. Both tints worked out perfect and they even fixed an issue with my friends window for no extra cost because he wasn’t aware of it. If you’re getting a window tint in Abby this is the place. Great pricing too.

BOBBY IS THE MAN! I came to get my rock chip repaired, he got it done in 15 minutes and figured out my ICBC bill right away so I didn't have to do any work. Really nice guy, very thankful. Will be back for my future glass ordeals. He quoted me a good price for any other windshield repairs when needed.I give a 20/20 rating.

My husband booked an appointment for a Saturday morning, couldn't make it on time. When he phoned 3 hours past the appointment, 20/20 said he can still come to have the windshield of his Audi A5 replaced. He was raving about the professionalism, and customer service. Not only did they replace the windshield fast, but also he got a courtesy car.
