Had rear quarter-window shattered in attempted smash and grab (the car alarm scared the perp away!). Brandon tracked down a used window in 100 Mile House - there wasn't a new one available in Canada. The window was delivered to their shop, and a few days later, was installed in 3/4 of an hour. Superb customer service, and workmanship. Kudos to Tom's, and a special shout-out to Brandon.

The service was amazing. I was so stressed from having my car broken into... I called several companies in town, first thing in the morning and he was the only one that replied - almost immediately. The others didn't even ever. He was so kind and empathetic - ordered the part in immediately and said I could just bring my car in on my lunch-hour, would supply a courtesy car AND DELIVER MY CAR BACK TO ME AT WORK AND THEN SWAP OUT THE COURTESY CAR AT THAT TIME. The courtesy car was lovely and he brought my car back washed and waxed and vacuumed within a few hours. He personally delivered it with friendly

These guys have amazing customer service! I am from out of town and my sunroof glass smashed. They tried to find me a fast replacement. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to fix it during my short stay but set me up so that I could get home. So grateful for the kind and considerate service!

Went in this morning to see how long it would take to get a windshield for my truck. They were able to fit me in immediately, gave me a courtesy car and even took care of the insurance paperwork. Had my truck back in just a couple of hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone. Best glass service ever!

Live in Agassiz and our shop in town here, Big O, sends all of their glass work to these guys because they are the best. I had a window slip down into the door panel and they were able to fit me in right away and take care of it in about a half hour. Service was wonderful and courteous and will definitely come here again if there's ever a problem 😊

Amazing service they allowed me to come in 30 mins after a rock going through my window. Did all the paperwork for me rented me a car and had it ready in less than 2 hours. Everyone was super friendly. They did have a little oops with a date on my claim but they instantly messaged back and called and dealt with the concern immediately so it's not just the service when you pay but the after service as well was amazing.

Replaced my windshield and wipers today... was greeted by friendly staff following Covid protocols. They gave me a courtesy car while they repaired my vehicle. When I picked up my car they actually vacuumed the inside and detailed the outside. Amazing!!!! Plus Bruce the resident pup was super handsome.
