I started going to Calgary Hearing Aid & Audiology almost 12 years ago and just recently upgraded my Hearing Aids with their support and expert guidance. Some years ago i purchased a very expensive of hearing aids ($5000) out of pocket from a company in NW Calgary. From day one i was not satisfied and never really got what should have been a good experience.
BUT...........from the first moment i Contacted Calgary Hearing Aid my experience has been %100. They have been helpful, polite and very acccomodating They went out of their way to get things arranged with Alberta Seniors to get my new ones covered. A real change of experience. And it didnt hurt.
My special thanks to Karen and her work and first class "bed side manner"

I was very pleased with how Ian and his staff treated my Dad when he needed hearing aids. He was somewhat reluctant to the idea of needing them but now says he doesn't know how he got along without them. It certainly has made life better for him and easier for his family and friends to communicate with him. Thank you!
