I called Zigs as my washer was not working. Explained what it was doing, and he took the time to walk me though it and was able to fix myself. It was so nice that he walked me through the problem rather than come to my home and charge me. They go over and above to treat their clients fairly and are very informative. I highly recommend this Company for all your appliance repair needs. I will definitely use them again. Shout out to Zigs Appliance Repair, you treat people fairly.

Very pleased with Matt Zigs service. He conversed on the phone with me for two days trying to help sort out what was needed to fix my refrigerator! In the end it isn't fixable but it didn't cost a thing to find that out. He knows is stuff. I know who to call when my next appliance fails...and it likely won't be long 😄 Thank you for your help Highly recommend Zigs Appliance Repair

If you are the sort of person who values integrity and old fashioned honesty then look no further than Zig's. The advice and money saving tips that have been offered to us in regards to dealing with our ailing washing machine has been most helpful. When you need major appliance service I would highly recommend this quality company!

I would recommend Zigs. He did a good job at a reasonable price. Maytag had sent Mr Appliance and they charged $100 and then quoted us another $450 to replace a drain hose and wiring harness. The dishwasher was a year old and the hose was eaten by mouse so it was not under warranty. When I contacted Zigs they charged me $150.00 parts and labour and there was nothing wrong with the wiring harness. It is nice to deal with a reputable company.
