I used the service of Fix Appliances twice. The first time was the replacement of the drum support in the washing machine, the second time was the replacement of the water outlet hose. True, there was one flaw, the machine was not installed correctly again, the next door at the drawer did not close, but the master rang the next day, quickly arrived and reinstalled it. Not sure if my technician Sergey came from this location as he said he was coming from Vaughn but i know it’s the same company Fix Appliance Canada. Sergey called 15 m prior to arrival which is always good for a heads up. Sergey was very friendly, informative and professional!! He repaired my dryer in an hour which is an extra bonus as my laundry was backed up. I would 100% recommend Fix Appliance Canada.

We have recently moved to a new to us home in Wasaga Beach. Yesterday our Dryer stopped and we were referred to your company. Sergio came later that same day and fixed the problem. Today our washing machine broke and again Sergio came within a few hours of our call, again repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, good work and personable manner with which we were treated.

Very happy with the service! Was punctual and very profession. Very knowledgable in his field. My fridge wasn't working properly he came in and not only did he fix the problem but also explained why and what happened and gave us pointers about maintaining it to insure we get the most use of out it. High recommend!!!

They scammed me out of 150 dollars. i called to get my appliance fixed and they sent someone over who told me it was going to cost 300 dollars to fix, 200 of which was labour for a 30 min job. if i didn't get the labour done it was going to cost 80 dollars for them just to show up. so i purchased the parts to eventually get it fixed when i could… afford to as i did not have 300 dollars cash and for that price i could just have replaced the appliance. the guy Oleg also promised me they were the correct parts and that they would fit. well when i was able to get it fixed the parts didn't fit
