Clean Heat Solutions is a local, family-run business. It is not a corporation or a franchise. The company was born out of necessity - we're landlords (Bick Properties) and we're constantly being disappointed with corporate pest control results. Clean Heat Solutions is a small organization that specializes in bed bug remediation and overall pest control, and we have a vested interest in enduring that our methods are safe, detailed and effective.

We use Heat Assault 500X, a revolutionary, eco-friendly approach to exterminating bedbugs and other insects. We use thermal remediation equipment (heat), mold remediation and drying applications instead of toxic chemicals, propane and electricity to eradicate bedbugs and other insects in just one visit - it kills insects and their eggs at all stages of their life cycle.
It's simple: Thermal remediation is heat, and bed bugs are attracted to heat - that's how they find their blood meal. But enough heat kills bed bugs (along with mold and all other insects in the vicinity). Temperature probes are distributed throughout the insect eradication area and monitored remotely.
Our goal is to provide responsible, effective pest prevention and elimination to our customers. IPM is grounded in knowledge of specific pests and best methods of prevention and elimination after confirmation identification, inspection of the premises, and appropriate treatment that includes non-chemical methods and careful use of pesticides only when necessary.
Our Mosquito Control is specially designed to create a barrier around your property, allowing you to safely enjoy your time outside with friends and family, without the annoyance of mosquitoes. Your choice of natural or synthetic control products are applied to the lawn and surrounding landscape, creating a barrier to repel, control and eliminate mosquitoes.
We consider that bed bugs have been eliminated from your home on our last follow-up treatment/visit if our technicians find no evidence of live bed bugs and the resident has not found any live bed bugs and/or has not reported and/or confirmed any further bites by bed bugs. In multi-unit buildings, all adjoining units must be inspected and treated if evidence of bed bugs is found.
