Worked with Christina when my wife and I bought our first house, my wife had to find houses for us to look at on view point because Christina kept showing us houses well out of our price range. Now that we're selling our house (three years later) we're finding out a bunch of problems that had arose before we had even bought the home, (eg radon gas in the basement, septic lines that are crushed) Christina provided little to no guidance as to what we should be looking for while having the septic inspected and even recommended not counter offering, or having the house tested for radon.
