In 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos had a dream of establishing a restaurant that they would be proud of. Having started with a simple take-out, the restaurant has now grown to accommodate a 98-seat dining room along with a 28-seat seasonal patio. The menu consists of traditional Greek, Italian and Canadian dishes and is Brighton's most extensive.
Tradition is preserved today with the new ownership and new management as they continue to grow Vito's. With the same great recipes passed down from Frank and Voula, and a fresh new approach to customer service, Vito's forges ahead. A great place to dine with friends and family.

Services
Back in 1977 when Frank and Voula started Vito's, they wanted to serve their customers meals prepared from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. This philosophy still holds true, and Vito's is proud to say that the majority of the food we serve is made in house. Our pizza sauce, meatsauce and gravy are all created from the same proven recipes in use since the day we opened.

We ordered two cesar salads, lasagna, and a meat lovers pizza for delivery. When food was delivered, we were missing a salad entirely. We were given a Greek dressing for the cesar salad. The sausage on the meat lovers pizza was actually maple breakfast sausage. I can't imagine why the heck an Italian place would make this substitution, but it really ruined the pizza. The two people who had the lasagne said it was bland, and not what you would expect out of an Italian restaurant. To be missing an item, and to have breakfast sausage on a pizza really didn't make for a great meal at all. We would

Very disappointing experience going to Vito's anymore. Overcharging for lackluster pizza and usually long wait times. Almost $40 for a pizza that would be $25 anywhere else, which wouldn't be an issue if the value was there. A pizza that struggles to reach a half inch thick with crust that is only 3/16" thick if one is generous. Very sad to see a long time Brighton establishment sinking so low.
