In 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos had a dream of establishing a restaurant that they would be proud of. Having started with a simple take-out, the restaurant has now grown to accommodate a 98-seat dining room along with a 28-seat seasonal patio. The menu consists of traditional Greek, Italian and Canadian dishes and is Brighton's most extensive.

Tradition is preserved today with the new ownership and new management as they continue to grow Vito's. With the same great recipes passed down from Frank and Voula, and a fresh new approach to customer service, Vito's forges ahead. A great place to dine with friends and family.
Services
Back in 1977 when Frank and Voula started Vito's, they wanted to serve their customers meals prepared from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. This philosophy still holds true, and Vito's is proud to say that the majority of the food we serve is made in house. Our pizza sauce, meatsauce and gravy are all created from the same proven recipes in use since the day we opened.

We ordered the chicken soulvaki and chicken Parmesan dinners and the meal was delicious with generous portions! Will definitely order again!

Terrific and better than I expected. It's not neapolitan but within the context that there's not many restos in Brighton, Vito's definitely becomes a go-to for pizza.

It has been a while since I have been there. Our drinks were flat .. which they replaced after our food came. Our meal and appetizer came at the same time. Was not the best experience.

Pizza was so so... tasty but the dough wasn't fully cooked. Take out service was fine.

We ordered two cesar salads, lasagna, and a meat lovers pizza for delivery. When food was delivered, we were missing a salad entirely. We were given a Greek dressing for the cesar salad. The sausage on the meat lovers pizza was actually maple breakfast sausage. I can't imagine why the heck an Italian place would make this substitution, but it really ruined the pizza. The two people who had the lasagne said it was bland, and not what you would expect out of an Italian restaurant. To be missing an item, and to have breakfast sausage on a pizza really didn't make for a great meal at all. We would

They say open until 10pm but were closing at 8pm, on Saturday evening!! We then learned that all the sidewalks are rolled up early in Brighton. So we enjoyed Vito's take out at a school yard, in the rain.
They wouldn't even let us sit on the steps of their restaurant.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered plain ol' poutine. Was in and out in five minutes. Super fast service! Plus it was the most amount of cheese and gravy on a poutine that I've ever gotten without ordering extra toppings. Thoroughly satisfied.

Very disappointed in our meal this evening. Our sub and clubhouse came without mayo. Super dry. The lettuce on my sub tasted like it was plucked out of someone's ceasar salad. Gross.

Very disappointing experience going to Vito's anymore. Overcharging for lackluster pizza and usually long wait times. Almost $40 for a pizza that would be $25 anywhere else, which wouldn't be an issue if the value was there. A pizza that struggles to reach a half inch thick with crust that is only 3/16" thick if one is generous. Very sad to see a long time Brighton establishment sinking so low.
