What a hidden gem of a motel. It’s family owned & you couldn’t be more grateful for how they treat you. Warm welcoming hands, compassionate, knowledgeable, best rates in town & must I not forget so generous! I didn’t have anything to cook with in my little home but they made sure I had a hot plate and pan to cook myself good meals during my duration. If I ever stay in radium again, I’ll make sure I go here. Love to support communities that help each other. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Comfy bed, parking infront of our room, park left side of the building best view for sunset, best location walking distance to everything, feels like waking up in paradise because of the view at the balcony. Thank you Dave for making sure we have the kettle in our room, so impressed it’s brand new. We will be back for sure!

Had to stay a night in radium on our way home! Great little place! Parking right infront of your door! Gorgeous balcony view into the valley! Building is older but well kept and clean! Really wish we could stay a few more nights! Dave (the new owner) took over 7 weeks ago and seams eager to making it a great place!

You’ll need to manage your expectations if booking here. This is not a $150 a night hotel. More like $75. The first room we were offered was a throwback to 1975. It had the same carpet we had in our home when I was a teenager - 40 years ago. It smelled like old pot, and was generally dingy. The second room was somewhat better, but certainly not worth the $150 paid. It is in desperate need of renovations, including a serious need for electrical upgrades. The one available plug was so worn, it wouldn’t hold a charger in it.

My friends and I stayed a night at this motel last summer and even tho it wasn’t anything fancy we loved it and had the best time. This year we decided to come back for 4 nights. Our trip got cut short due to my friend breaking her foot. We told the new owners about our situation and they refunded us for our last two nights stay. We were incredibly grateful and we will be back next year! We haven’t had a bad experience here yet and We can’t wait to see what the new owners do with the place!
