These people are the best and the fastest. It was a cold day and my alternator went. So of course we had no heat. The driver kindly gave us a ride and took my car in. Absolutely fantastic service!!

The company did not disclose that they are accepting cash only IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC. So when the driver came to tow my car to the dealership, and I didn’t have cash he said he could bill the dealership directly. Also I couldn’t ride with him because of the pandemic. So on my way there with the dealer shuttle, the company called saying the driver said Mazda told him they couldn’t take care of the bill and if I didn’t find a way to pay the $60 they would come and pick up my car! I get to the dealership and they tell me they were waiting for the driver to come back because they needed

Driver turned a bad day into a good day. Saved my dad a lot of cash was well worth the tow. Being stuck in costco parking lot while an hour away from home at 8 months pregnant with my daughter was not ideal. The driver made the trip home well worth the wait and hassle. Dont know what the drivers name was but wish i did. He deserves a raise!

Lady on phone said I could go home for the wait and than I didnt need to stay with vehicle. Well I get a call that I wasted and was charged a tow cuz I wasn't there. Well mayb is CAA would speak English. And today the tow truck driver just said no not my problem cuz the two out would be to much work for him 30 feet off the road but he didnt have a 1000ft wench or 4x4. He was soo rude. So truck is still there and I had to wall home in the cold. Another tow wasted. I.will not renew my memberships with CAA any further.

Witnessed an Atherley towing truck parked across handicapped spaces and against the ramp at Shopper's Drug Mart. Seems to me that that this is not the best practice for a company that would be called to tow a regular customer parked in the same manner. Discouraging to see such behaviour especially when elderly patrons were looking to make use of the space!
