Courteous and professional service when I called and scheduled an appointment, I spoke with someone that though may not do any towing, knew enough to answer my questions. I was very pleased with the service provided and reasonable fee.

I can't comment on the drivers themselves because I didn't end up meeting one, but I have to say my experience with this company was embarrassing on their part. When I called to get a tow, the receptionist wasn't listening to anything I said, and was confused about where I was and where I needed to go, when I was just at a house trying to get to a mechanic down the street. Nothing too confusing. She even asked me to drive my car to a nearby main street but I called because I can't drive my car. That's why I need a tow?
She said about 20 times that a tow truck will try to come, but they might not

Terrible company..... Called for flat tire service and service attendant came 1 hour and half later, The service attendant had said he does not have the proper equipment to tow the car. However, they charged for coming out. Company was not reachable most of the day and had ringer set to busy tone
Accused us of giving a different location and that why they said charged, Absolutely disgusting customer service and experience. Would never recommend this company

Had three flat tires and needed a tow from Innisfil to Toronto late on a Sunday night. The dispatch was professional (and answered), the driver was helpful and friendly - couldn’t have been happier with the service. Many thanks.

I have dealt with many tow companies and drivers over my years. The driver I had from Terry and Marsh's the other day was the most professional and careful tow truck driver that I have ever seen. I'll definitely be using and recommending this company.

If i could rate these guys higher i would.
The two drivers were very kind and nice to me, knowing i was stressed and worried about what was wrong with my car.
The first driver made sure i was OK and somehow managed to get my SUV our of a tight parking space. The second driver actually figured out what was wrong with my car and talked to the dealership for me. The people over the phone knew what they were talking about and talked me through a boost as well as were very kind and patient. As a young driver with little knowledge on cars this company is now my go to. Thank you guys so so much for

Got my 4 wheel drive Touareg out of a parking spot at the grocery store in Barrie. Parking brake was on and it was locked.
Excellent customer service.
Friendly staff.
Good pricing.
I'm am thoroughly impressed with the speed of the service. From the call to the truck arrival I waited MAYBE 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.

I was silly and locked the keys in my trunk. They came at a moment's notice, dispatched by GM roadside assistance and the man was extremely determined and helpful and kind. Took many tries and many tools but he got in there! Absolutely wonderful.
