Dr. M.Saigar and his team have proven time and time again to be very professional and skilled to care for my on going dental needs. Due to reoccurring issues, my anxiety has increased. Dr. Saigar's dental assistant provides effective calming techniques. I believe her name is Rosa, I apologize if I got that incorrect. It's important to treat the mental component during dental work. May I recommend soothing music as opposed to (negative) current events on the TV monitor? The relaxing music would help to soothe frayed nerves.

WORST STAFF EVER!!!
Booked an appointment today. I drove from Newmarket 1.5hr drive!!! Arrived early at 11am appointment was at 1140. I filled paperwork out etc. and at 1150 they said they couldn't see me they didn't have time and too bad. Costed me a day of work and 4 hours of time.
WASTE OF TIME FOR WASTE PEOPLE.

Just called this practice to ask for help with a simple orthodontic procedure. Re securing a permanent retainer. Was told unless I'm a full patient there, which means paying for x rays, cleanings and general check ups, they refused to look at the repair at all.
What a brutal way to treat a new patient. Maybe I'd consider moving my services if you actually took on what I needed right now, but as Cathy at reception told me "that's not what we do here".
Very terrible way to treat patients...as bags of money instead of helping them resolve a serious issue.
