Not sure if this taxi service is even in business because they don’t answer their phones. Called 3 times on Aug. 6 2020 and no answer and voice mail not activated answered. If this business is not open 24 hrs or at all, remove your ads. (I work at 5 am) I had to call a taxi from Fredericton to come to Oromocto to drive me to work. I would give this company zero stars if it let me.

Drove for Robbie at trius/abc until I received a ticket for expired registration. Robbie said he'd pay it but still hasn't. Fought the ticket in court but lost because he didn't show up to explain he owned the car. He still owes me money for the ticket and stain on my licence.... DO NOT CALL TRIUS/ABC, they're nothing but cheats, they'll con you every way they can.

The dispatcher was very rude to me when I spoke with her over the phone. I simply asked if a cab would get to me on time before the bank closed and she continually talked over me and started to yell at me if I wanted the cab or not. Then she hung up on me because I was trying to figure out whether or not I wanted a cab with the time I had and could not give me a proper response. When I called back I asked her to please not speak to me in such a rude way and that it wasn’t necessary at all. She continued to yell my address at me. At this point I yelled back and confirmed my address she then hung

Seeing as how your company likes to almost run people off the road in the airport van, as the driver runs a stop sign while talking on his cell phone in his right hand, I guess maybe there are safer options to call. By the way you're on film bud. Just cause it's 10:24pm doesn't mean the rules of the road stop applying for cabs.

Judging by the reviews bellow, I was genuinely a bit concern and anxious about calling a cab. I was worried that they were not going to show up on time and so, I called them an hour before I had to be where I needed to go. Because of my preconceived notions, I was surprised that the man came around 10 minutes after I called. He was super friendly and kind. He took me where I needed to be and it didnt cost a lot of money. This man also brought me home with no problem.i would definitely use this service again.

The drivers are fine never had a problem with them. Most vehicles are falling apart (just because you put tape over the lights on the dash doesn't magically make the problem go away, lol) and don't even bother calling to reserve a taxi in advance, they never remember and you're going to have to call them back anyways. They get busy and it's easy to forget so I'm not going to hate on them for that. The woman answering the phone is just plain rude, for that reason alone I'm giving this place a one. Maybe hire on someone who doesn't hate life.

I have used this cab twice now in the past month or two, and both times were wonderful. The first one was a great experience, the driver was very kind and outgoing, and the vehicle offered a very relaxing ride.
The second time, the driver appeared to be foreign, and his English wasn't perfect, but he was very honest and polite, and he did his best. The vehicle wasn't high-end, but it functioned well enough, and he was a very good driver.
Sometimes it takes a bit of patience, but in the end, I was absolutely satisfied with their service. :)
