To diversify outside of Germany, Becker and Kries founded B.U.K. Investments Ltd. in 1981, acquiring buildings and land for development and ultimately creating a portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of industrial and flex buildings throughout the Lower Mainland of Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
John and Isaac are jointly responsible for providing leadership to the B.U.K. team and for overseeing all aspects of asset, leasing and operational management together with strategic growth initiatives within the B.U.K. portfolio. John began his real estate career in 1991 as a broker with a boutique realty shop in the Vancouver commercial market.
This 174,500 square foot warehouse is located near the Highway 91 entrance to Annacis Island. It offers excellent access, truck turning radiuses and yard area as well as 24 dock level loading doors and 26 foot clear warehouse ceiling heights. The building serves as Trail Appliances' main distribution and discount sales centre.
