I’ve been with Taylor Forder for 6 years now. My first five years with them were perfect. The agent I dealt with retired and I had my first experience dealing with the new one that was in charge of my policy. I was looking into buying a new car and needed an insurance quote. I shopped around and got quotes from a variety of companies with Taylor forder having a competitive price so I agreed to stay. The first mistake that was made was when I went to go pick the car up after talking to the agent earlier that week to inform them of when I was getting the car. I then found out the agent didn’t

Worst experience of my life!! At first this company was a blessing, they offered me everything I needed for my vehicle insurance, in fact, I've been with them for roughly 2.5-3years now. That being said, obviously nothing is perfect. I had some minor irritation with them about 1.5-2 years in when my broker was changed without warning, this was a… minor irritation to say the least because they did not communicate this to me (this was mistake #1). Recently though this has become the brokerage from hell, along with the attitude they've been giving, and treating me like I'm no better than the

Have been with Taylor-Forder since about 1980. Never have had a bad experience. Always helpful and friendly. Left for a while and went to Grey Power for auto ins. but soon returned. I've been with this company for many years with absolutely no negative issues and until my agent went on mat leave it was great. ever since then the agent who took over has been very unprofessional, lazy, refused to change important mistakes they did to my policy, with unnecessary, rude customer service. I will never recommend them.
