Stayed for a weekend and absolutely loved it. located right beside the mall, tons of restaurants near by ( walking distance). the staff are very nice and the room and well kept. will definitely be staying here again.

He get what you pay for paper thin walls I could hear our neighbors conversation word for word and it wasn't very friendly so but I didn't feel it was a very safe environment but again you get what you pay for

Good place for short stays. Friendly Staff try to meet your every need and keep your rooms clean and tidy. For your common bare bones place it's everything you need. The Jacuzzis are a plus as well

Didn't even make it there. Manager was confrontational and gave away our room that had been confirmed online (with a confirmation number) because we were stuck in traffic and then tried to say that we had to pay extra to book a different room and that it would be a smoking room. Terrible customer service and manner. Unreal.

Staff is very helpful and sincere about good service. My room was very clean (new hardwood floors). Location has good access to many amenities close-by. Good value for the price.

I would just say disgusting! From "manager" yelling at me because we stuck in car accident to giving our room to someone else and the tried to charge me a lot more for SMOKING room when I am allergic. Shame on you. If I could I would give them -1000☆. Stay away from this place and change manager.

Staff at front desk were very friendly. Room was super clean! Obviously it’s outdated but it was part of the charm. Loved the decor, just had such a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a work contract - stellar service, rooms are a bit dated, but also have some hilariously awesome decor like rope lighting around the spa!
Would recommend.

We booked online for the honeymoon suite with a round bed and a heart shaped jacuzzi. Instead we ended up with a very small room with a double bed and the tiniest shower stall we’ve ever seen. Very disappointed.

This motel might be a decent choice for the couple or single but not for family. Non smoking room stinks for smoke not every room but most of them.
Good: Bed and linens were clean.

We stayed at this hotel while in London for my cousin's wedding. I didn't know what to expect...

PROS: clean. Cheap. Great location. Owner is extremely nice and helpful. Semi easy parking. Good selections on the TV.
CONS: Beds were not super comfy. No blow dryer (although the owner had one I could use). The tub was a bit gross. The noise was difficult to deal with as the walls are paper thin.
